Sri Lanka’s banned terrorist organization Liberation Tiger of Tamil Eelam i.e. LTTE, which created turmoil in Sri Lanka in the nineties. On the lines of Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam ie LTTE, there was a preparation to throw Tamil Nadu into terror. According to media reports, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has revealed the plan to spread terror by creating another terrorist organization on the lines of LTTE, in the chargesheet filed in the court on the basis of documents found during the raids.
The NIA has filed a chargesheet in the Tamil Nadu court against three people in this case. According to this, there was a plan to form another terrorist organization named ‘World Tamil Justice Court’ on the lines of LTTE. In an attempt to prepare this organization, the NIA has filed a charge sheet against 3 people.
Conspiracy to instigate people on the issue of atrocities on Tamils
According to the NIA, in the month of May, people associated with this organization were trying to carry out a major attack in Tamil Nadu. They were trying to instigate Tamils living in Tamil Nadu by making it an issue of atrocities against Tamils in Sri Lanka. According to the investigating agency, the people of this organization were active for the last 6 months. At the same time, they were preparing their links by going among the people. In the charge sheet filed in the court, information related to the preparation of terrorist organization has been given.
Many objectionable documents were found in the raids of NIA
It is worth noting that the National Investigation Agency had conducted raids in Tamil Nadu recently on the basis of information about terrorist activities. In action, the probe agency had taken this step in connection with the plan of two self-proclaimed-radicalized supporters of LTTE to attack business establishments and important leaders in the state. Documents including many incriminating items were recovered in the raid of NIA.
