Sonali Phogat: In the case of BJP leader Sonali Phogat’s death, where the main accused Sudhir Sangwan has confessed to his crime in Goa Police custody, on the other hand Sonali’s family is not satisfied with the investigation of Goa Police. Sonali Phogat’s family will now go to the High Court demanding a CBI probe. Sonali Phogat’s nephew Vikas gave information about this on behalf of the family. He told that a petition will be filed on behalf of the family in the High Court on Tuesday. Apart from this, a letter has also been written to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. On the other hand, the accused Sudhir admitted that Sonali was deliberately given a drug overdose. Sudhir also confessed that he took Sukhwinder’s help.

The state government is also not worried about the CBI investigation. Time has been sought to meet the CM again. If the whole matter was seriously investigated, then the accused Sudhir would also have been brought by the Goa Police with them. All this is being done by Goa Police to mislead the people.

The family members have also met CM Manoharlal Khattar demanding a CBI probe. Many BJP leaders have also been appealed, but family members say that the matter was not seriously investigated.
