Do not field candidate against Dimple Yadav in Mainpuri, true tribute to ‘Netaji’, know who appealed to BJP-BSP

Akhilesh Yadav has selected his wife Dimple Yadav as the candidate for the by-election on the seat that fell vacant after the death of Mulayam Singh Yadav in Uttar Pradesh. By-elections are to be held in UP’s Mainpuri and Rampur and Khatauli assembly seats. Voting will be held on December 5 and counting on December 8 in these three seats. All the parties have geared up for this.

Meanwhile, Janata Dal United has appealed to all political parties not to field candidates against Dimple Yadav from Mainpuri. On the other hand, Asaduddin Owaisi’s AIMIM has announced not to field candidates on all three seats in the by-elections. The party has spoken of contesting the municipal elections.

JDU spokesperson KC Tyagi said on Friday that former UP Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav was a big farmer leader and his contribution has been acknowledged by leaders of various parties including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We have decided to extend our support to SP. We appeal to all parties including Bharatiya Janata Party and Bahujan Samaj Party not to contest elections and support Dimple Yadav. This will be a true tribute to Mulayam Singh Yadav.

Let us inform that Dimple Yadav can file nomination on November 14-15 for the by-election to Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat, which fell vacant after the death of Samajwadi Party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav. The SP President of Mainpuri bought the nomination papers for Dimple Yadav on Friday. The date of December 5 has been fixed for the by-elections to Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat and some other seats and the result will be announced on December 8.

Challenge to save Mulayam Singh Yadav’s legacy

Soon after the announcement of Dimple Yadav’s candidature from Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat to preserve the legacy of the SP founder, the party has started preparations to ensure a big victory in this seat. The SP candidate has been elected on this seat since 1996. Alok Shakya, the newly appointed district president in Mainpuri, said that the nomination paper for the SP candidate was taken today. A senior SP leader from Mainpuri said that Dimple is likely to file his nomination on November 14 or 15.
