Farmani Naaz Har Har Shambhu Controversy: Many Bhajans of Bholenath come out every year in the month of Sawan. But one of these hymns ‘Har Har Shambhu’ is now in controversy. The reason for the controversy is that the singer who sang it is a Muslim, whose name is Farmani Naaz. Hearing his hymns, the ulemas of Deoband had opened a front against him, so now Singer has given a blunt answer to the ulemas.

Indian Idol fame Farmani Naaz released this bhajan on her YouTube channel a few days back. After which the ulema of Deoband were furious over this. Muslim organizations had opposed Farmani’s song ‘Har Har Shambhu’, calling it ‘against Islam’. After the controversy escalated, Farmani Naaz hit back at the Ulemas. While narrating her ordeal, she has said that she sings a song for her child.

The Ulemas told Aaj Tak that Farmani should not sing such hymns. In response, Farmani Naaz said that when her husband remarried without giving divorce, no one came to support her. She said that she sings a song to feed the child. He also said that today girls are living in the society by being self-reliant, they are progressing on the basis of their talent.
‘Artist has no religion’
He said that no one should have any problem in this. People are liking my songs. I am doing it for the future of the child. The government should take such a step that what happened to me should not happen to anyone else. An artist has no religion. She said that she tries to give voice to all kinds of melodies.
