The Supreme Court will hear on Friday at 3 pm on a petition related to the security of the ‘Shivling’ found in the Gyanvapi Masjid complex in Varanasi. The Supreme Court says that a bench will be constituted to hear the matter. According to lawyer Vishnu Jain on behalf of the Hindu side, the order for protection of Shivling is only till November 12. Which was given by the Supreme Court in May. The Supreme Court asked what was the order given by the lower court in 7/11? Vishnu said that the petition of the Muslim side was dismissed by the trial court and the petition was considered maintainable. CJI DY Chandrachud said that a new bench will have to be formed regarding protection. The new bench will hear the matter tomorrow at 3 pm.
On November 8, the Varanasi court did not pronounce the verdict
Let us tell you, in the Gyanvapi case, the hearing is going on continuously in the Varanasi District Court. A hearing in this regard was to be held on November 8, but on that day the Varanasi fast-track court deferred a possible decision. Due to the Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court Mahendra Pandey being on leave, the decision to come on Tuesday, November 8, has been fixed for November 14, 2022.
Hearing on permission for worship on November 14
The Hindu side had claimed to have found a Shivling in the Gyanvapi Masjid complex. The Division Fast Track Court was to pronounce judgment on the three main demands of the plaintiffs. These include allowing the immediate commencement of prayers to the self-styled Jyotirlinga Lord Vishweshwara, handing over the entire Gyanvapi complex to Hindus and banning the entry of Muslims into the Gyanvapi mosque complex. Now the court will hear the matter on November 14.
