Hindu Yuva Vahini: Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath has dissolved all units of Hindu Yuva Vahini, which he founded in 2002. CM Yogi made this announcement in Gorakhpur on Wednesday. According to sources, the Chief Minister will reconstitute the organization soon. Yogi celebrated Ram Navami in 2002 with the aim of promoting ‘Hindutva and Nationalism’. Hindu Yuva Vahini (HYV) was established. In later years, it played an important role in his political rise in Uttar Pradesh.
The organization was started 20 years ago in Gorakhpur
Let us tell you that this organization was started in Gorakhpur about 20 years ago. Yogi Adityanath himself has a deep connection with Gorakhpur. He is not only the Mahant of Gorakhpur Math but has also been elected MP from there. It was possible because of the Hindu Yuva Vahini becoming the Mahant of Yogi Adityanath and joining politics from Gorakhpur. In the election of 2022, Yuva Hindu Vahini campaigned a lot in favor of the candidates of BJP, while campaigning with full enthusiasm. Even in the last elections, this organization played an important role.
At the same time, let us tell you that when Yogi Adityanath became the Chief Minister in March 2017, the members of Hindu Yuva Vahini believed that now his luck will also shine. A little more than a year after coming to power, the Hindu Yuva Vahini found itself in unprecedented churning. Later, some members launched a separate group called Hindu Yuva Vahini (India), which came into existence amid discontent after the group was allegedly sidelined by the BJP.
Know what is the planning ahead
Sunil Singh, a former aide of Adityanath and president of Hindu Yuva Vahini (India), had said that the group would open offices in different states to spread its ideology. He had said, “We were sidelined in the organization for demanding tickets during the 2017 assembly elections. After Maharajji (Adityanath) became the chief minister, we expected the founding members of HYV to be included in the district and divisional units. Important posts will be given, but our hopes were soon dashed.”
