New Zealand Cricket showed the first glimpse of the new jersey on its official social media account and also shared pictures of some of the players. Along with this, while giving information in his post, he said that in the first T20 match against India to be held in Wellington on November 18, the team will go on the field with this new jersey.
It is worth noting that ahead of the jersey launch, the Blackcaps also announced their squad for the upcoming limited-overs series against India starting on Friday. In this, under two major changes, star fast bowler and veteran opener Martin Guptill was not given a place in the team. Instead of Guptill, the team decided to go with the 23-year-old young batsman Finn Allen. At the same time, in the absence of Bolt, he has given a chance to Matt Henry in ODIs and Blair Tickner in T20.
