Noida Authority New Guideline for Pet Dogs:There has been an atmosphere of panic among the people in Noida since the death of a girl child due to dog bite about a month ago. In such a situation, now the Noida Authority has made a new and strict guideline regarding dog rearing. The authority has issued guidelines regarding pet and stray dogs, cats. For this the guidelines of Animal Welfare Board of India have been followed. According to the new rule, now a fine of Rs 10,000 will be charged from the owner for the bite of a pet dog. Along with this, the responsibility of getting the complete treatment of the victim will also be on the owner of the dog.

Dogs will no longer be able to be raised without registration

Noida Authority has now made it mandatory to register for dog keeping. Without this, a fine will be imposed for keeping a dog or cat. For this registration will be started in January 2023. All pet dog and cat owners will be required to get registered before January 31. Otherwise the authority will start imposing fine on them. The amount of fine will be recovered on monthly basis.

Vaccination is also mandatory
According to the new guidelines of the Noida Authority, along with registration for every pet dog and cat, its vaccination will also be necessary. Sterilization of the dog will also have to be done. Also antirabies vaccine will have to be administered. Failure to do so will result in a fine from 1 March 2023. According to the authority, a fine of Rs 2000 per month will be charged. Until the work of vaccination and sterilization is completed.

If the dog littered here and there then the owner is responsible
According to the new rule, action will now be taken against the owners who spread the dirt along the marks, paths and roads in the morning and evening by moving the dog. If the dog spreads dirt and foul smell in any such public place, then the owner will have to get it cleaned. Otherwise the owner will be fined by the authority. Similarly, the responsibility of getting treatment for any person or animal bitten has also been given to the owner. In addition, he will also have to pay a fine of Rs 10,000.
