Nainital DM Dheeraj Garbyal said, ‘We will try to restore it soon. The entire mountain has fallen due to which the entire road has been damaged. It will take at least 1 week to fix it.

Rain continues in Rajasthan

Monsoon rains continued in Rajasthan for the last 24 hours. However, in the coming days, rain activities are expected to stop for a few days. According to the Meteorological Department, there was heavy rain at many places in the state in 24 hours till 8.30 am on Friday. The highest rainfall was recorded in Sangaria (Hanumangarh) at 10.7 cm. Due to heavy rains, water logging has occurred in low-lying areas in cities like Sri Ganganagar, Jodhpur. For this reason the army had to be called.

Rain continues in UP

The process of rain continues in different districts of the state including Lucknow, the capital of UP. The drizzling rain and cold air in the capital since morning has once again made the weather cold. According to the Meteorological Department, the process of rain will continue in this way till tomorrow i.e. 31 July 2022. Meanwhile, due to rising water level of Ganga-Yamuna in Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh, local people have to retreat from the shore and go to safer places. A local said, “The water level is rising continuously. We are almost 1 kilometer behind. Devotees are also taking bath after coming far behind.


Good rain expected in many districts of Bihar, Jharkhand

There is a possibility of rain in many districts of Jharkhand also. Meteorologists are telling that there is a possibility of good rains in Jharkhand in August. Rainfall will not be uniform across the state. Some will be heavy and some will be light. This rain is favorable for the farmers. From August 2, the sky will remain cloudy. At the same time, according to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of continuous rain in Bihar till August 3. In the next 24 hours, there is a possibility of good rain especially in some areas of North Bihar and South Bihar. On Saturday, good rains are expected in Patna, West and East Champaran, Siwan, Gopalganj, Seemamarhi, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Vaishali, Sheohar, Samastipur, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Madhepura and Saharsa. Rest of Bihar may also receive normal rains.
