IMD officials predicted that under the influence of this new low pressure area, heavy rain is likely at isolated places over Nilgiris, Tiruppur, Dindigul, Coimbatore, Madurai, Theni, Virudhunagar, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli and Kanyakumari districts of Tamil Nadu. Is.

With the current low pressure area moving out of the state, the chances of rain have reduced for a few days till a new area is formed in Andaman, which is likely to happen on November 16 and 17.
