Special focus on the strength of the temple
When the Ram temple in Ayodhya is ready, it will look most grand and divine. Devotees will be able to have supernatural darshan of Ram Lalla. There has been a lot of focus on the strength of the temple. A strong foundation has been prepared from concrete. It has been told that the plinth work with granite stones will be completed by the month of August. The work of the sanctum sanctorum of the temple is being done on a war footing since June 1. Stones of Bansi Paharpur in Rajasthan will be installed in the sanctum.
Temple plinth will be made of 17000 granite stones
The special thing is that iron is not being used in the construction of Ram temple. It is being claimed that the life of the temple will be more than 1000 years. The plinth of the temple will be made of 17000 granite stones. 3 fourth of the plinth work has been completed i.e. 13500 blocks have been installed. Total 17 thousand blocks are being put in the construction of Ram temple, which are being connected with stones. The granite stones for the plinth are to be added one above the other in seven layers, out of which the work of 4 layers has been completed.
The work of the sanctum sanctorum will be completed by December 2023
The sanctum sanctorum of Lord Ram’s temple is being built with stones from Bansi Paharpur in Rajasthan, whose work is being done on a war footing from June 1. In the construction of the sanctum, 1.5 lakh cubic meters of pink stone from Bansi Paharpur will be used. So far 6000 cubic meters of stone has been installed. The sanctum sanctorum will be on the ground floor of the temple. The work of the sanctum sanctorum will be completed by December 2023.
40 percent complete work of Ram temple
Today, on the foundation day of Ram temple, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra has given important information regarding the construction of the temple by tweeting. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra wrote in its tweet, “The work of the grand temple being built at the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya is 40% complete. The work of installing carved stones on the ground floor of the temple is going on.”
