The Muslim side has suffered another setback in the Gyanvapi case. The District Court has rejected the petition of the Muslim side. The District Court has dismissed the petition dated November 7. The court has considered the petition of the Hindu side as worthy of hearing.

Big news has come in the Gyanvapi case. The Fast Track Court has dismissed the petition of the Muslim side (Anjuman Intezamia Masjid Committee) in the Gyanvapi case. At the same time, the fast track court has accepted the petition of the plaintiff Kiran Singh.

The Hindu side had made this demand

Kiran Singh had filed a petition for the right to worship the Shivling found in Gyanvapi, to hand over the Gyanvapi complex to Hindus and to ban the entry of Muslims. Citing Order 7 Rule 11, the Muslim side told the court that the case was not maintainable. In this case, the fast track court has rejected the petition of the Muslim side. The trial was going on in the court of Fast Track Court Civil Judge Senior Division Mahendra Kumar Pandey. The Hindu side is jubilant after the court’s decision to accept the petition.

Plaintiff Kiran Singh had filed a petition regarding three demands.

  1. After the so-called Shivling found in Gyanvapi, the worship of Lord Adi Visheshwar Swayambhu Jyotirling should be started with immediate effect.
  2. Entire Gyanvapi campus should be handed over to Hindus
  3. Entry of Muslims in Gyanvapi campus should be restricted

This was the claim of Anjuman Intejamia Masjid Committee

The Anjuman Intejamia Masjid Committee claimed that the case was not maintainable. This suit should be dismissed. Gyanvapi is a Waqf property and The Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991 applies there. The civil court has no jurisdiction to hear the matter. However, the fast track court rejected the petition of the Muslim side.
