In a research conducted at the University of Georgia, it has been found that depression can prove to be beneficial for your health. This study has found that mental health reduces many types of risk in people of all ages. It has been told in research that “you can become more efficient and effective if you are in a slightly less stressful environment.
Keeping in view the data of the Human Connectome Project, the researchers said that this data tells us how our brain works. In this research, brain data of more than 1,200 youth was taken and after research it was found that people who faced more problems were less skilled but people who faced little less stress were found to be very efficient. The people involved in this research were asked some questions and the answers they got showed that people who have gone through mild brain tension in the last month answer the questions more efficiently. The results found that each level of stress has different psychological benefits.
This research also revealed that apart from troubling a person, excessive tension also harms their mind and body.
While a little stress can be good for mental health, the researchers also pointed out that high stress has a direct effect on the mind and body. That is, it is clear that by going to a level, stress becomes harmful for your health.
