TTE pushed an army man in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh. One leg of the jawan was amputated and the other was badly crushed after being hit by the train. After this, the jawan was admitted to the hospital for treatment where he died. Police said that the jawan was posted in the Rajput battalion in Jaipur. On November 17, 31-year-old Jawan Sonu Singh got into an altercation with TTE Supan Bore, after which the TTE pushed him. Jawan Sonu Singh fell down from the train and his one leg was amputated while the other leg was badly crushed.
Case filed against TTE
Doctors operated on Sonu three times in the military hospital, but on Monday his other leg had to be amputated. During this he remained unconscious and died on Wednesday evening. His statement also could not be recorded due to his continuous unconsciousness. He said that after the death of the jawan, the section of culpable homicide was also included in the case filed against the accused TTE on Thursday. The police is looking for the sacks. On the other hand, after the post-mortem of the dead body of soldier Sonu Singh, it has been handed over to the family members.

The local subedar of the army, Harendra Kumar Singh, had registered a case regarding this incident. Jawan Sonu, a resident of Ballia, was going to Delhi by train. His train stopped at Bareilly station on November 17 at around 9.15 am on platform number two. The soldier had alighted at the station to get a bottle of water. According to the lawsuit, when he (Sonu) started to board the train, TTE Bore pushed him, as a result of which Sonu fell down and got hit by the train, amputated one leg and badly crushed the other.
