After the woman went missing at RK Beach, officials had also conducted a massive search by deploying an Indian Navy helicopter, where she had gone with her husband on their second wedding anniversary.

According to officials, the administration spent around Rs 1 crore in search of the woman by deploying the resources of the Navy and Coast Guard. Several government departments took part in the search operation.

While staying at the beach on Monday night, the woman’s husband got a call and left when she was taking a selfie on his mobile phone. After some time he did not get to know about his wife. She suspected that she had drowned in the sea and immediately informed the police. The officials deployed speedboats and naval helicopters the next morning as part of the search operation. However, all efforts of the authorities went in vain as they could not find any trace of the missing girl. Doubts were being raised whether she was really submerged in the sea.

Meanwhile, the police on Wednesday found the woman in Nellore with a man with whom she is said to have an affair. The woman, a resident of Visakhapatnam, was married two years ago to a man from Srikakulam. On Monday, on the second wedding anniversary, they went to the Simhachalam temple and from there came to the beach, where the woman disappeared.
