Grand vijayadashmi procession led by yogi in gorakhpur

Let us inform that under the leadership of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Gorakshpeethadhishwar Yogi Adityanath, a traditional grand Vijayadashami Shobha Yatra was taken out in Gorakhpur on Tuesday. In a special traditional dress, Gorakshpeethadhishwar Adityanath was riding a chariot decorated with flowers. The visit was warmly received by members of the Muslim and Sindhi communities. The Gorakshapeethadhikari also blessed him and distributed prasad to him. Adityanath took out a yatra from Gorakhnath temple at 4.30 pm after worshiping Guru Gorakshanath. The journey proceeded with special musical instruments- Hawthorn, Trumpet, Nagada, Damru and Band Baaja. During this, the Chief Minister said that today we are worshiping and worshiping Lord Shri Ram, because Lord Shri Ram has presented an ideal with his ideals.

CM Yogi did Kanya Puja
Earlier yesterday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had done special worship of Guru Gorakhnath and ‘Kanya Pujan’ at Gorakhnath temple on the occasion of Navami in Navratri. During Kanya Pujan, the Chief Minister pakhare the feet of the little girls, performed aarti and gave them Dakshina and gifts. After that he performed Batuk Puja in the form of Gorakshpeethadhishvara according to the tradition. Adityanath also offered special worship to Guru Gorakhnath, who is considered an incarnation of Lord Shiva. After Kanya Pujan, the Chief Minister while highlighting the importance of women in Sanatan Dharma said that the tradition of worshiping Goddess Durga twice a year for nine days symbolizes the spirit of respect for women in Sanatan Dharma.
